Rushed down to Xinmin Sec by cab to watch the guys' game yesterday... Though they lost the match by 3:0, their scores for the 3sets cross over the 20's mark which consider not bad. As their opponents are the strongest among their group and skills wise overall also a few levels above them and dont mention in terms of experiences (heard a few are ex-national players) and heights. Apart watching them playing, we (the gals) standing outside the court, were cheering very loudly for them. Guess we the gals must had caught everyone's attention there... kekeke=p Oh ya, I had another identity also - a reporter, busy updating someone the live scores and all the commentary.... =p

Fireworks on Sat...

Catch up with Pris and Shuzhen on sat at City Hall TCC... We talked on alot of issues hahaa... as usual =p Three of us always have endless of topics to talk abt... everything under sun =) Really missed them alot since I changed job. But life has to move on... Pris updated us the latest gossips/events on the project... kekee seems like me and Shuzhen nvr been out of it =p Shuzhen has been going for interviews... till now still no news =( But I think it will really take quite a while. Daniel and Alez joined us at abt 7plus so we walked to Marina Square for dinner as it had just renovated not too long ago. However, we saw queues everywhere!!! Sighz... Daniel said "foodcourts NO, fastfood NO..." so we went to Millenia Walk and settled our dinner there (think Jinmei brought me there before...=p) Both Daniel and Alez showed us some photos over the dinner... hahaa... Heard that after Mingkai saw the photos of Alez's younger bro, he said "What happen to you....???" to Alez... kekeke=p And Daniel also said abt the same things to him after seeing the photos... So get the meaning? After dinner, we took a stroll down from Esplanade to Fullerton then to.... dunno where also.... kekeke=p And the best part was, we saw FIREWORKS near padang.... kekee so happy =p Then Daniel made a move home first as he was very tired and he has to go to Sentosa the next day. Left four of us, continued walking... till our legs surrendered. Then we took a rest at Raffles City Starbucks. And we chitchat till 11plus.... Took the last train home...

Ponder ponder

Lucky, He emailed me to both my hotmail and gmail... so I got another chance to read through it once again. And I realised that there are some parts that I dont really understand what He meant. hahaa... Not very sure that if I had replied back to him exactly on the issues that He mentioned in the mail. Guess have to think over thoroughly... despite the fact that I wont ever bring it up again... Nonetheless, Im still feeling abit 不爽。。。

Time to stop splurging too much!!!

I bought 2 pairs of sandals last month... Been meeting up with alot of friends recently... Bought a pair of sunglasses the other day with Hongchu... Hmm, what else?? Guess there are still alot of backlog of expenses which i cant remember now =( Im so broke now... *sob*... And tonight going to meet Feng they all... OMG!!! Another expenditure on the way... Sighz, its all Siang's fault, shouldnt chat with him over msn just now...

aLoNe at home...

Practically I was the only one at home on monday night - mum working, granny sleeping, bros watching fireworks... *sob* =( So spent that night chitchatting at msn, nvr been so spontaneously at replying messages... hahaa=p And meanwhile, I was also busy smsing Anthea who was at both the concert and the fireworks displaying. She thought that I were there too so she smsed me if I managed to see my 'idol' at the concert... hahaa... Sort of arranged to meet her there if she were going but then, sighz... It was so nice of her, tried MMSing me the beautiful fireworks pics... but failed... (dont know whats the prob) Really appreciate her efforts... kekee=p

Supposed to meet Shuzhen for the concert as well as the fireworks at Marina South after dinner with Irene and Cuishan. But the dinner ended quite late and also by then Shuzhen felt lazy to step out of the house... =) So after the dinner, took train straight home... But who knows, Irene smsed me her intention of catching the fireworks at Esplanade when I was on the train =( too bad for me.... However, I got a second chance - bro asked me to tag along with his friends to watch the fireworks =p And once again, I kindly rejected his invitation... hahaa... Coz i would choose to be a 'lamp-post' for 1 couple (Irene and hubby) rather than for 2 couples right!!?? kekee=p

Eve of Country Birthday

Finally met up with both Irene and Cuishan after work... Our meetings kept postponing as either me or Cuishan couldn't make it previously. So before that, Irene had already went out with us individually... hahaa=p Ran into quite a few friends at City Link while waiting for Cuishan as she was held up by her boss... So had a short updates on each other... kekee=p (in order to stop myself from spending $$$!!!) I made a right choice by sitting down at one of the benches there, waiting patiently for them hahaa... Then Cuishan arrived shortly so we headed for Suntec together to meet Irene there... As it was the eve of the National Day, long queues can be seen for almost every restuarants there. We, refused to join in any of the queues, chose an Indonesian restuarant for our dinner. The food we ordered were rather a little bit spicy for me... kekee... lucky got freeflow of ice water =p

Went to watch V-team's second open match on last sunday... hmm, tiny bit bttr than the first match, hahaa coz there is always room for improvement rite? =p This time round, we (the supporters) could feel (& see?) their fighting spirits, not always on high morale though but at least could see they are gelling as a team, encouragements from own team players. I meant simple gestures like a pat on the shoulder, some eye contacts really important to cheer each other on... =) As they had played against with the opponent team before (friendly games), so they could substitute some players for the third set in order to let them gain some experiences... Nevertheless, tensed facial expressions could be seen - lacking of some self-confidence, not believing that they could perform... kekee=p Think its ok... there is always a first try. As time goes by, they will be more relax as and when they are being substituted in the middle of the games - must get prepared at all times!!

Gloomy Monday Bluezzz....

Such a good weather today... but have to get up for work this morning. Received a surprised mail just now then realised that i have been a nosy for quite a while... sighz... Maybe its my fault (somebody really think its MINE!!!) so shouldnt be such a busybody from now on... And also I finally changed my blog address... I feel its time, thinking it would be bttr off for me - update blog freely without any worries... =)

Disappointed

After watching V-team's first open match, sad to say that I didnt see a team playing on the court... Dont know why it happened, its such a simple thing which they usually show it during their normal trainings or leisure games. Sighz... There are alot of factors contribute to a winning game. Other than showing your own individual skills, encouragements from your own team players play an important role, especially when the entire team's morale is down. When one person is demoralise, tends to feel more tense up and anxious so this will definitely affect the rest of the players on court, its a chain effect... to be continued...
